Find your Inner Calm this Autumn with seated relaxation sessions exploring your body's innate natural healing power through stressbusting selfcare techniques. Designed to calm busy minds, ease aches and pains, these sessions invite you to connect with what this season brings us and include gentle mobilising movements, guided breathwork and mindfulness meditation as well as a cuppa and chat! Helpful if you're experiencing anxiety, stress, depression or low mood, isolation, loneliness, chronic health condition or pain.
Sharon is a mindbody health therapist, teacher and lifecoach with an engaging, creative approach and over 20 years' experience improving physical and mental wellbeing.
So if you find it hard to make time for yourself to relax or switch off, and want simple, creative tools and practical techniques to better balance your mind and body, these sessions are for you!
IN PERSON CLASSES: £20 per 1.5 hr session or £110 prepaid for course of 6 x 1.5 hr sessions (to run consecutively) or 2 CRISP Take a Break vouchers
ZOOM CLASSES: As above, Start pending, please express interest and times available.ONE TO ONE SESSIONS: £49 per hour / £45 conc. / 1 CRISP voucher
